Tod Mongan has worked for both public and privately held companies; in domestic and international settings; managing local, state and federal regulations.

This breadth and depth of experience produces a preeminent legal advisory team – bringing Fortune 500-caliber counsel to small and mid-sized organizations in the Dallas metroplex and around Texas.

Professional Experience

Tod Mongan has worked with other corporate law firms, as well as serving as general counsel for two technology corporations leading their fields.  As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Carreker Corporation (now Fiserv), Tod managed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, governance, auditing, securities, and employment issues.

As Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for BancTec, Inc., Tod was part of the senior management team and was responsible for legal, facilities, acquisitions, SEC and human resources issues. He also led the team that negotiated the leveraged buyout of BancTec in 1999.
